Pricing questions

Which package should I choose?

START if you want your orders, customers and production organized. PRO if you run a team with inventory, equipment and quality control. COMMAND if you want to see and control the whole operation, in 3D and across branches.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay once for the year at the price of 10 months, and your OS runs for 12.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Your records stay and the new package's features turn on. The new price starts from your next payment.

How do I pay?

After you send your details, we send a payment link for QR Ph, GCash or Maya. Bank transfer also works. Your OS is created once payment is confirmed.

Is the Founding Client Offer limited?

Yes, to the first 20 shops. We confirm whether a slot is still open before you pay.

Do you take a commission on my orders?

No. Orders from your own customers carry no commission. Only orders that come through the Grateful Prints marketplace follow its partner terms.
